Author Katy Morgan’s lively, biblically-sound storytelling brings to life the Christmas narrative, relying on the gospel stories—what we know for certain—and imaginatively illuminating her book with what is known about the period of history preceding Jesus’ birth and afterward. Morgan relates—from her perspective, based on her biblical and historical research—Joseph, Mary, and Zechariah’s first-person accounts.
